Another great day.

Started Italian BIGA pre-ferment last night and baked two loaves of bread today. Turned out perfect. Made with King Arthur Flour.

Ellen and I went touring and drove up along the Columbia River to the Bonneville Dam. We crossed the river and visited Multnomah Falls.
